• Caleb Mackenzie Janssen made an initial appearance on four counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Dylan Michael Aswegan made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference before a jury trial charge and a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on March 13 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on March 26. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel on the possession of meth charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 27. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kaleb Sean Perry made an initial appearance on a reckless use of firearm charge. Perry pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Kyle David Fowler made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 11 in Magistrate Court.
