• Steven Michael Claney made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 13. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Misty Marie Weida made an initial appearance on a possession of contraband in a correctional facility charge, a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge and a theft-fifth degree charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 13. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Michael Joseph Fleck made an initial appearance on a reckless driving charge, an operating without interlock device charge, a driving while revoked charge and a no insurance charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 13. Bond is set at $1,500 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Stanley Eugene Moberg Sr. made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 18 in Magistrate Court.

• Rosalina Ibarra De Calderas made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Ibarra De Calderas pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

Arrests

• On Tuesday, Feb. 3, Steven Claney, 60, was arrested for theft-third degree-enhanced.

• On Tuesday, Feb. 3, Misty Weida, 51, was arrested for theft-fifth degree-shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance-first offense and possession of contraband in a correctional facility-no weapon.

• On Tuesday, Feb. 3, Michael Fleck, 49, was arrested for driving while revoked, no insurance-no accident, operating a motor vehicle without interlock device and reckless driving.
