• Skyler James Metivier made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Metivier is being held without bond.

• Kyler Aaron Lewis Welsh made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge and a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 25. A substance evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Miracle Sylwonda Sheres Kolheim made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Feb. 13 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Feb. 26.

• On Wednesday, Feb. 4, Miracle Kolheim, 20, was arrested on a warrant charging her with possession of a controlled substance-first offense and possession of marijuana-first offense.

Accidents

• On Sunday, Jan. 18, a car driven by Nikole Ann Bailey, 45, of Albion, was traveling southbound on Highland Acres Road when it struck a deer that entered the roadway resulting in disabling damage. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Bailey car was estimated at $5,000.
