Marshalltown police investigated an incident Monday morning where an elderly driver became confused and drove through flowers and bushes in the 200 block of South Center Street before coming to a halt at Emerson Process Management offices. After the investigation, police asked the driver, a male, to go to the Iowa Department of Transportation for a driver’s license re-examination, Capt. Brian Batterson of the Marshalltown Police Department said.
