Horses caught the attention of attendee’s at Saturday’s Marshalltown Strong Field Day at Franklin Elementary School’s football field. The Rev. Jennifer Daniel and other volunteers answered many questions and demonstrated brushing techniques. Additionally, there was food provided by the Marshall County Cattleman, games and more.
Hundreds participated in the inaugural Corey’s 5K Memorial Fun Run/Walk Saturday which started at the Marshalltown High School football field and track. The event was held in memory of the late Corey Brown of Marshalltown.
