Midnight Garden at 1501 S. 17th Avenue in Marshalltown hosted an all-day Cinco de Mayo festival and market on Sunday. Performances included the Marshalltown High School Mariachi Band, Quad Cities Ballet Folklorico, escaramuzas zacatecanas, Yessy’s Characters, a Lucha Libre show provided by RUGGEDpro Wrestling, and Junior y Su Norteño. Several food trucks and merchants also set up shop in the Midnight Garden parking lot and Central Iowa Inflatables provided bounce houses.
