The South Center Street Dairy Queen is under “new” ownership, but Matt Pisney is anything but new to the store or the business. Pisney owned the location for over 20 years before selling it in 2021, but he is back in charge and celebrated with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Chamber Ambassadors on Tuesday afternoon.
