Saturday marked the annual citywide Trick or Treat Night in Marshalltown. Strolling, and in a lot of cases running, along the sidewalks were youth dressed as Ghostface from “Scream,” killer clowns, pirates, Sonic the Hedgehog, Bluey and more.
