Memorial services will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church in Storm Lake. Visitation will take place Monday, December 18, 2017, from 5-7:00 p.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Ronald’s honor. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake is in charge of the arrangements.

Ron will always be remembered as a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, pharmacist, neighbor and friend by his wife, Barb; his son, Dave, and his wife, Sue, of Glenwood, Iowa; son, Dan, of Des Moines, Iowa, and companion Alesia Endres and her son, of Winterset, Iowa; daughter, Deb Walters-Smith, and her husband, Chris, of Rochester, Minnesota; four grandchildren; two brothers, Gary and Bill (Sandra); brother-in-law James (Gretchen) Haahr; sister-in-law Jean (Marvin) Walters; nieces and nephews and step-mother-in-law, Billie Haahr.
