Funeral services for Roxanne Denise Riemenschneider Staats, 56, of Muscatine, were held on February 12, 2018, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in State Center. Father Rick Dagit officiated the service and special music played by Marilyn Spafford. She will be laid to rest at a later date.
