A funeral service for Dale Henze, 91, of State Center, was held on August 22, 2019 at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Pastor Bobby Shomo officiated the service. Pallbearers were Roger Hatch, James Hatch, Ron McElroy, Joe Hatch, Mike Henze, and Jonathan McElroy. Honorary pallbearer was Glen Henze. He was laid to rest beside his lovely wife in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens with full military honors provided by the Combined VFW/American Legion Honor Guard from the surrounding area. Groups in attendance included Care Initiatives – State Center and the Combined VFW/American Legion Honor Guard, among others. Mitchell Family Funeral Home was entrusted with the care of Dale and his family.
