Joy Gilchrist, 90, formerly of Marshalltown, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 25, 2021, surrounded by her loving family, at her daughter’s home in Waldron, Arkansas while under the care of Elite Hospice. A Mass of Christian Burial for Joy will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 30 at St. Francis of Assisi – St. Henry Church with interment to follow in the Riverside Cemetery.
