A Celebration of Life for Greg will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. followed by full military honors at Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown, Iowa. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of almost twenty years, Laura; his children: Daniel Counts, Garrett (Kimberly) Counts, Eric Ansonia, Tikki (Josh Humphrey) Purk, Ronald (Christina) Barkalow, and Jenniffer (Aiden Kapayou) Barkalow; his mother: Karen Counts; his 11 grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Angela Mull, Rebecca Counts, Robert Counts and Roxie Kurian and his 5 nieces and nephews and extended family members.
