Mildred D. Dolezal, 88, of Toledo, entered into eternal life on Saturday afternoon, April 15, 2023, at Sunny Hill Care Center in Tama with her family by her side. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 18 at St. Patrick Catholic Church from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. A public Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, April 19 at 10:30 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama. Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established. Surviving is her six children: Steven, of Toledo, Kathy (Bob) Hendricks, of Toledo, Douglas (Debbie) Dolezal, of Toledo, Jonie (Lloyd) Bohnstengel, of Colleyville, TX, David (Dawn) Dolezal, of Toledo, and Christine (Larry) Horbach, of Toledo; one brother, LaVern (Helen) Hand, of West Des Moines; 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
