Maynard is survived by his children: Dr. Glenn (Vivien) Johnson, of Calmar, IA, and Molly (Russell) Allen, of Sheffield, IA; six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. August 16, 2024 (note date), at the LeGrand Friends Church with Pastor Allen Mullikin officiating. Visitation one-hour prior. Interment will be in the LeGrand Friends Cemetery.
