Sut leaves behind his devoted wife, Tammy, who stood by him through life's many highs and lows. He is lovingly remembered by his children: Brad (April), Chad and Whitney (Jake); his daughter-in-law, Gina (Nolan) and his four beloved grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Randi (Duane) Hoefing and Dianne Seaman; along with countless family and friends who will continue to tell stories in his honor.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the funeral home. Sut will be laid to rest in Oak Hill Cemetery in Tama.
