Jack is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Suzanne Lundy; his son Mark Lundy and daughter-in-law Frances Lundy; and his grandchildren Alexandria (Ali) Lundy and Ian Lundy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward William Lundy and Doris Lundy, and by his sons William (Will) Lundy and James (Jim) Lundy.

Born on September 14, 1929, in Rupert, Idaho, Jack moved to Iowa early in his life. He dedicated his life to farming, land conservation, and family, and served on numerous boards and organizations throughout his lifetime. He was Chairman of the Extension Council, President of the Kiwanis Club, a member of the Marshalltown Rotary Club and served on the Trustee Board of Marshalltown Community College.

A burial will be held at Bangor Friends Cemetery in Bangor, Iowa. Memorials may be sent to Bangor Friends Church.
