Left to carry on his legacy are Karla his devoted wife of 56 years, daughter Erin (Kyle) Hejl, son Kyle (Kelly)Thompson. His five grandchildren, all of McKinney, Texas; sisters JoAnn (Jerry) Larsen, Jeanne Helgerson and sister-in-law Karen Anselme, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life for Ron will be January 17, 2026 at 11 am at Messiah Lutheran Church, in Plano Texas.
