Ruby Yantis

Ruby Yantis, 94 of Marshalltown, IA, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Grandview Nursing and Rehab in Marshalltown. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Anderson Funeral Homes in Marshalltown. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the services at the funeral home. Larry Miell

Memorial Services for Larry R. Miell, 88, were held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Peace United Church of Christ in Gladbrook, IA. Pastor John Granchie officiated the service with special music provided by organist June Bessman and the Peace United Church of Christ Choir. Urn Bearers were Larry's grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Honorary Urn Bearers were the members of the Man Cave coffee club. Anderson Funeral Homes has been caring for Larry and his family. Robert “Bob” Burris

Robert “Bob” Burris, 92, of Marshalltown and formerly of Mason City, Iowa, passed away on the morning of Monday, March 25, 2024, at the Iowa Veteran’s Home. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and no formal services will be held at this time. Memorials in his name may be designated to the Wounded Warrior Project.
