Make your holiday picnic delicious
Today I have some recipes for your July 4 picnic.
Potato Salad
8 med. potatoes
6 eggs
1/2 to 1 medium onion, chopped
2 to 3 dill pickles, chopped
3/4 to1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 2 Tbls, mustard
1/2 tp 1 tsp. dill pickle juice or vinegar
dash salt
dash pepper
Boil potatoes and eggs until done. Peel both. Cube potatoes and chop the eggs. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. This can be served immediately, but is always better after it has been chilled several hours to blend the flavors.

1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground dry mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
