Bobcat boys soccer gets mercy-ruled by Waukee

WAUKEE — Marshalltown boys’ soccer suffered a second-straight loss Friday night as the No. 1-ranked Waukee Warriors beat the Bobcats 10-0.

Richard Toe registered the only two shots of the game for the No. 7 Bobcats, but neither of them were on target. CJ Coppola scored four goals for the Warriors, who scored six in the first half.

The Bobcats dropped to 4-3 on the season and have the weekend off before hosting Des Moines East Tuesday night.
