The Marshalltown Bobcat football program is inviting all incoming youth grades 3-8 to its Friday Night Lights Football Camp on Friday, Aug. 8, from 7-9 p.m. at Leonard Cole Field.

The free camp will serve as a mini-clinic for all Marshalltown Youth Football League and middle school football players with instruction from the Marshalltown High School football staff and current players.

Bobcats hosting fifth annual Youth Soccer Camp

The Marshalltown High School girls’ soccer teams are conducting their fifth annual Youth Soccer Camp on Aug. 4-7 for players in the Marshalltown area.

This youth camp will focus on soccer basics in a fun and engaging environment for players of all experience levels, striving to improve foot skills and technical play through training, drills and games, while giving players a better understanding and insight into Bobcat soccer.

Campers who register before the July 28 early bird deadline will receive a camp T-shirt. Cost for the camp is $25 before the deadline and $35 after. Register online at https://www.gobound.com/ia/schools/marshalltown/camps.
