SALT LAKE CITY — The Iowa State women’s basketball team extended its win streak to five games with a 79-72 victory at Utah on Saturday.

The Cyclones (19-5, 7-5 Big 12) jumped out early and never relinquished the lead, outscoring the Utes 30-18 in a decisive third quarter that ultimately made the difference. Center Audi Crooks led all scorers with 26 points, including an 8-0 personal run in the third, marking her 90th consecutive game in double figures.

Iowa State showcased balanced scoring, with Jada Williams (14 points), Arianna Jackson (12) and Sydney Harris (12) all contributing. Jackson and Harris combined for eight of Iowa State’s 10 3-pointers.

Utah (16-8, 7-5) cut the deficit to six late, but couldn’t overcome ISU’s third-quarter cushion.

Reese Ross led the Utes with 22 points and 12 rebounds, and Lani White got 19 points.
