Learn why bees are some of the most important pollinators and how they help plants, flowers and even the food people eat grow at the All About Bees for Kids program from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on July 29 in the Grimes Farm Classroom. This is for children ages 5-10 and an accompanying adult.

In this fun, hands-on program, kids will discover different types of bees, why they need human help and simple ways people can protect them. The program will finish by building bee houses to take home, giving these helpful insects a safe place to live and thrive.
