Guiding Star Marshalltown will host a children’s play date at Mega 10 Park from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 16. According to Lindi Trowbridge Executive Director, “This is the fourth year for the play date. It’s a great relaxed time to get outside along with you and your littles and enjoy all that Mega 10 Park has to offer. Kids can enjoy the park and splash pad while parents connect. Bring a swimsuit and towel for the splash pad.” Hot dogs, chips and drinks are provided at no cost and no reservation is necessary.
