Marshalltown City Hall will be closed to the public on July 22, due to RAGBRAI activities and related street closures in the downtown area. Although the building will be closed, City departments will continue to provide essential services, and City Hall telephone lines will remain staffed during regular business hours. Community members are encouraged to plan ahead for any in-person business at City Hall. Regular public access and normal operations will resume on July 23. The City appreciates the public’s understanding and looks forward to welcoming RAGBRAI riders and visitors to Marshalltown.
