AMANA — Two award winning wineries in the Amana Colonies, Fireside Winery and White Cross Cellars along with Midwest Leather and Fudge Factory announce July 24 as the date for Pairings: An Evening of Wine, Mocktails and Small Bites.

This is the fourth year for this popular event that features tastings of six small bites expertly paired together with wine or mock cocktails. Midwest Leather and Fudge Factory is joining the fun this year as they partner with Fireside Winery and White Cross Cellars to present this tasty evening of food and drink pairings in the village of Amana. The event takes place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with check-in at 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. at Fireside Winery located at 4406 220th Trail in Amana. Participants will be directed to begin the journey to each of the businesses that are located on Amana’s main street across from each other.
