DES MOINES — There’s no better way to celebrate Fair Spirit than by discovering what’s new on the menu. Be among the first to see the newest Fair foods set to debut at the 2026 Iowa State Fair by joining the Facebook Live stream at 1 p.m. on July 14. The 2026 Top 11 Best New Food finalists will be revealed and kick off one of the Fair’s most anticipated traditions.
