Flavors of Fall 4-course meal at Fireside Winery in Amana

AMANA -- Fireside Winery presents 4-course fall inspired event from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sept. 18 at 4406 220th Trail, Amana. Check in is from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Come at Fireside Winery in Amana to celebrate the many wonderful flavors of fall. The winery will be offering a 4-course season inspired meal perfectly paired with the wines. Sip, savor, relax and enjoy.

• 1st Course

Small charcuterie sampler; an assortment of fall inspired flavors of cheeses with seasonal fruit. Paired with Fizzy Firefly, the Award-Winning Sparkling Wine.

• 2nd Course

Autumn Squash Soup and Warm Bread/Paired with the Brianna – Dry White Wine

• 3rd Course

Apple Hickory Pork Sliders/Paired with Calico Red – Semi Sweet Red Wine

• 4th Course

Sopapilla Cheesecake – A cinnamon and sugar cheesecake, wrapped in a flaky pastry. This is paired with an Autumn Spritzer.
