Nocturnal Scavenger Hunt is Aug. 13

Grab those flashlights and family and head to the Grimes Farm for a nocturnal scavenger hunt at 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 13. Families will begin the search using flashlights and observation skills while hiking the trails. Reflectors will lead participants on a hunt for prizes. This is a great way to celebrate the final days of summer break and explore nature at night.

Participants must pre-register before 4 p.m. on Aug. 11 to reserve limited spots by calling 641-752-5490, email mccb@marshallcountyia.gov or text only 641-758-9777. There is no charge for this event. Bring a flashlight and wear sturdy shoes.
