The Marshall County Republican Central Committee will hold its regular September meeting at noon on Friday at Legends American Cafe. This change is due to Sept. 4 falling on a Holiday weekend. No activity will be scheduled.
The Aug. 28 Central Committee meeting will consist of regular business, project progress and campaign updates. Mike Ruopp, district Zach Lahn campaign director, will address the group. Members and guests may arrive after 11 a.m. for informal discussion and lunch if they wish. The next meeting will be a Pachyderm Forum on Sept. 11 led by Mark Eaton on the current status of the data center development process. It will be an informal information validation of current discussions on the topic in preparation for the second Pachyderm Forum panel on the topic with county members Nan Benson-County Auditor/Recorder, Christian Goodman-Marshall County Supervisor and Tyler Kelley-Marshall County Planning and Zoning Administrator forming the data bank panel discussion from the county’s perspective.
The final September Forum on Sept. 25 will be a final review of participation plans in the Oktemberfest Parade.
