Republican Central Committee to meet Aug. 7

The Marshall County Republican Central Committee will meet at noon on Aug. 7 at Legends American Cafe. The meeting will begin with routine progress reports. Members will discuss current state and national election issues, review local election issues and discuss community concerns related to proposed data bank development economic, energy and environmental impact.

Informal discussion and optional lunch will occur beginning after 11 a.m. The next Pachyderm Forum on Aug. 14, open to all interested voters and the general public, will feature Nan Benson and Jessie Chizek from the Marshall County Election Office discussing updates and changes in the voting process for the November general election.
