We have Spirit, yes we do!
After years of working together at Fisher Elementary, a group of staff gathered together to celebrate their time working together. This group included many retired principals, nurses, secretaries, para educators, counselor, speech pathologist and all forms of amazing teachers.
Remembering and laughing about how parents, students, and staff all came together to make Fisher school an amazing place to work, but also become a family of staff.
We were always a close group of people who worked together and supported each other in and out of work. While we did this we were actually teaching the students the four pillars of life, and good problem solving skills when difficult situations arise.
In the past it was a lot easier to be involve the specialist teachers in classroom activities. This showed students how each part education interaction came together to form a whole. It also pulled us together as a collective group.
Our Fisher Spirit group is reminder of those days. The was a great group consisting of parents, students and all forms of the staff to form school pride through activities.
A silent prayer was held for those staff members who could not make it due to health, distance of travel and passing away.
After lunch at Smokin’ G's on Friday, the group toured Fisher Elementary to see the changes in and out of the school.
