AMANA -- Fireside Winery offers a Wine Mixology Class at 5 p.m. on Nov. 6 at Amana location, 4406 220th Trail, Amana.
Enjoy the flavors of three unique wine-based creative cocktails. Each guest will sample the wines used to create each cocktail, watch a "how to" demonstration and sample the unique and flavorful wine crafted creation. Cheese and crackers will be provided with each ticket as a palate cleanser.
Guests can also take the recipes home after the demonstration so they can recreate these culinary sips anytime.
