Guiding Star Marshalltown will hold its annual Thankful to be a Woman Open House from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Nov. 18 at 2501 S. Center St. - Suite M.
"This is a time to cozy up in your favorite fall sweaters and flannels and enjoy delicious homemade soups and desserts along with traditional or festive adult drinks. Join us to celebrate being women with conversation and fellowship," said Lindi Trowbridge, executive director of Guiding Star Marshalltown.
Reservations are required by Nov. 11 by calling 641-351-4041 during regular business hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Thursday. Online registration is available at guidingstarmarshalltown.org. Click on Events, locate Thankful to be a Woman and follow the commands. There is no fee to attend Thankful to be a Woman.
