The Marshalltown Community School District invites families to attend Back to School Night on Aug. 19, an event designed to welcome students and families to the 2026-27 school year. JOHNSTON — August is National Wellness Month, which means it’s time to make self-care a priority and build healthy routines by making a blood donation with LifeServe Blood Center this month.
