Ronald “Ron” Wacome, 78, of Liscomb, Iowa, passed away peacefully at his home on December 10, 2025—just where he wished to be. Gaylen Rodger Burke, 85, of Liscomb, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown. Memorial services for Gaylen will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Liscomb Church of Christ. Duane Peterson

Duane Peterson, 68, of Conrad, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at his home. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Travis (Rykki) Peterson, of Gladbrook; his daughters, Traci Roche, of Marshalltown, and Tiffinee Stone, of Sioux City; and five grandchildren. Per Duane and his family’s wishes, cremation rites have taken place. A celebration of Duane’s life will be held at later date, tentatively in the spring of 2026.
