Secularism is defined as the indifference to or rejection or exclusion of religion. Our society is relegating religion to the confines inside the walls of our homes and churches. In Randy Feenstra’s letter to the Times Republican newspaper, he truly showed his great love to our American veterans. At the same time Randy Feenstra shows his 100 percent support of the billions of dollars that is being spent on our never ending wars. Library Board has acted responsibly

It seems that two or three citizens continue to pressure the Library Director and the Board of Directors to offer Epoch Times and American Rifleman. The Board has addressed this issue in a responsible and professional manner many times over the past couple of years. One citizen suggested that the Board may have a liberal bias, and another said that the library may be representing private interests rather than the public interest. The Times Republican 4/29/2024 article concerning motorcycle fatalities covers the statistics of riding and recommends wearing a helmet in addition to rider training classes along with other tips to safely ride.
