Caralee Hutchens, president Sigma Master hosted the noon luncheon at Mama DiGrados’ Pasta & Pizza opening the meeting thanking eight members and one guest present. There were seven members absent.

Roll call was taken by Alice Nicholson with the question: “What New Years’ resolution did you make?” Minutes of the last meeting and treasurer’s report was also given, and approved. Dorothy Perry reported on the health report received on her “call list.”

Election of Officers was discussed along with questions regarding Founder’s Day. Minutes of the April 9, 2019 meeting indicated that Alpha Gamma Chapter would be in charge of the 2020 Founder’s Day for the remaining chapters, so will await on the decision for more information.

Joyce Roddan has moved to Johnston and her decision is to remain as “Member at Large” hoping to return to meetings on occasion.

The meeting closed announcing the next meeting would be Jan. 28 with Elaine Fiscus hosting.
