The Matins Kiwanis Club met Thursday morning at 6:30 a.m. for its regular meeting at the Salvation Army. Breakfast was followed by great hilarity with fines and happy dollars before the business meeting. Guest speaker Julie Hitchins, director of the the Community Foundation of Marshall County, gave a presentation of the many grants the foundation has provided to many organizations assisting residents in need.
