The Marshalltown Matins Kiwanis Club awarded its annual scholarships this past Thursday to two deserving applicants. Ma Kein Win and Carter Bell received the well-deserved awards at the regular breakfast meeting. They then gave informal presentations to the members regarding educational and career plans.
