Dr. Sarah Hemming-Meyer, of Cedar Rapids, wishes to announce the birth of her daughter, KyleyJo Ann Meyer on Dec. 22, 2017, at University of Iowa Children’s Hospital. Kyley’s father, the late Joe Meyer, passed away Sept. 19, 2017. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long.
