• Melanie Danay Garcia Nunez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to yield upon a left turn charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 9 in Magistrate Court.

• An 11-year-old male made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. He pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. In lieu of the fine and surcharge, the court ordered that the juvenile could work 10 hours of community service to be completed by March 1, 2022, at which time the court costs would be due.

• Jayde John Winn Easton made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Easton pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Domingo Garcia Guevara made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and an operating without registration plates charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 30.

• Steven James Brown made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and an operation without registration charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 19, 2022, in Magistrate Court.

• Corey Alan Hilson made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 30.

• Steven Leon Knutson made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 30. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Christopher Michael Farr made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Farr pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
