• Jose Trinidad Hernandez made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2022. Hernandez is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours. Hernandez was also seen on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 22.

• Jeremy Altman made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 29.

• Jerry Lavelle Martin III made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Dec. 29. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Cambridge Alan Skala made an initial appearance on a probation violation hearing. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 29. Skala is being held without bond.

Arrests

• On Tuesday, Bile Athumani, 28, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Monday, Ries Eseuk, 21, was arrested for no insurance-accident, failure to obey a traffic control device, no valid driver’s license and leaving the scene of an accident-property damage only.

• On Monday, Jerry Martin III, 26, was arrested for violation of a no contact/protective order.
