• Shelbie Dea Garcia made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Michael Arieth was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31.

• Travis James Jordan made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The arraignment hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Jeremy Dale Brown made an initial appearance on two counts of an interference with official acts charge and a probation violation charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference for the interference charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 30 in Magistrate Court. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 26. Brown is being held without bond.

• Christian Georgina Morales Castaneda made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release. Chris Clausen will continue as counsel. The pre-trial release is revoked. Morales Castaneda is being held without bond.

• Tyler James Sanders made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Sanders is being held without bond.

• Trisha Lynn Wilson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a fraudulent use of registration charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 30 in Magistrate Court for the driving under suspension charge. Wilson pleaded guilty to the registration charge and the fine is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.

• Victor Antonio Trevino made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge. Trevino pleaded guilty and the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.
