• Ei Mar made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 13. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kelly James Anderson made an initial appearance on an operating a non-registered vehicle charge and a driving under suspension charge. Anderson pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the non-registered vehicle is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

Anderson was also seen on a child support services violation/contempt of court charge. A contempt hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 9. Bond is set at $2,500 cash.

• Shayla Lee Beadle made an initial appearance on an assault on persons in certain occupations charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 13.

• Kuothethin Puok Diew made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 18 in Magistrate Court.

• Skyler Jerome Johnson made an initial appearance on an escape from custody charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 6. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Stephanie Lea Roeder made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 13.
