• Tearza Leann Gast made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a possession of marijuana-first offense charge, a speeding charge, a no insurance charge and an open container charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 27. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Gregory Earl Gruchow made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing charge. The sentencing hearing is rescheduled for 10:30 a.m. on April 17.

• Dino Mukandama made an initial appearance on an extradition request from Idaho charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The extradition hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on March 15. Mukandama is being held without bond.
