• Rafael Lopez Barboza made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 11. Lopez Barboza is being held without bond.

• Stud Kus Alfred made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge, two counts of an interference with official acts-bodily injury charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 9. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Marvin Dominick Duran made an initial appearance on a trespass charge and an interference with official acts charge. Duran pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the trespass charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the interference charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Sebastian Tino Castro made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. on June 11. Castro is being held without bond.

• On Wednesday, April 30, Gabriela Martinez, 30, was arrested for open container, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended; possession of marijuana-second offense, driving while barred-habitual offender, providing false identification information, operating while under the influence-first offense and interference with official acts.

• On Wednesday, April 30, Terry Holubar, 62, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• On Wednesday, April 30, Sebastian Tino Castro, 29, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, April 30, Gonzalo Garcia, 23, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.

• On Wednesday, April 30, Stud Alfred, 30, was arrested for interference with official acts-bodily injury result; possession of a controlled substance-second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant.
