• Nicholas Cory Martin Reynolds made an initial appearance on a sexual abuse-second degree charge, a sexual exploitation of a minor — cause to engage in act charge and a sexual abuse-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 22. Bond is set at $50,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Shelly Jo Umbaugh made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a driving under suspension charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 22 in Magistrate Court.

• Rene S Hernandez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a no insurance-accident charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 1.

• Christy Lynn Hulbert made an initial appearance on theft-fifth degree charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 1 in Magistrate Court.

• Donna Lea Bouwers made an initial appearance ona possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Bouwers pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and a $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
