• Steven James Hayden made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference before a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference will be rescheduled along with the jury trial by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Corey Allen Dejoode made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial charge. Dusty Clements will continue as counsel. • Sarah Rochelle Lippincott AKA Desautels made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge, a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial charge and two new charges of a controlled substance violation and a failure to affix a drug tax stamp. On the violation of probation, the public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Lippincott is being held without bond.

• Frank Herbert Stowe Calderon Jr. made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Stowe Calderon pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Josephine Lynn Roberts made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.
